Ms Eva Monterro Ibarra

Eva Montero Ibarra is a DPhil candidate in Law at the University of Oxford. She holds a Magister Juris (MJur) from the University of Oxford and an LLB from the University of Seville. Her doctoral research examines the regulation of civil society in competitive authoritarian regimes from a comparative constitutional perspective. Her research at Oxford is funded by the La Caixa Foundation and the Ramón Areces Foundation. She has lectured on Constitutional Law at Oxford and European Union Law at UCL. She is also a research fellow for the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance.
