We are committed to creating and maintaining a community that promotes equality, values diversity and builds inclusion amongst all its staff and students.

St Peter's College is home to many. We value and respect the rights and dignity of all those who live, work and study here, and we aim to ensure that the inclusive nature of our community is manifest throughout the College. We want these values to be reflected in our physical spaces, our teaching, our structures of governance, our record as an employer, and the events we support.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives in St Peter’s are led by the EDI Forum, a group comprising academic staff, support staff, and members of the MCR and JCR. Its role is to develop projects within the College that promote equality, diversity and inclusion and to respond effectively to relevant public sector legislation.

Our Equality Policy and Action Plan can be found here.

Our gender pay gap reporting, harassment policy, free speech statement and other relevant policies and documents can be found on our Policies and Documents page.

The Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Forum is Luke Young.
