Alumni Benefits

Once a St Peter’s member, always a St Peter’s member.

All our alumni are St Peter’s College members for life. On this page you can learn about the benefits of membership, ranging from access to our networks and alumni events around the world to dining rights at college.

All University of Oxford alumni are also entitled to an Oxford Alumni Card with its additional benefits, including free access to many of the Oxford colleges, email for life, and great discounts in hotels, restaurants, museums and shops in Oxford and elsewhere.

If you have only recently graduated, click here for information about Degree days.

Regional Networks

St Peter’s has networks all over the world through which alumni meet and share stories about their time in Oxford. Alumni gatherings have fostered business networking, new friendships and general help and support. They are a valuable way to continue to benefit from your membership of St Peter’s.

Our committed and engaged body of alumni volunteers help us to keep alumni in their area connected. Currently, we have established alumni networks in the UK, USA, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Kenya, Canada and Spain.

If you would like to put your part of the world on the St Peter’s map and become a Regional Representative for your area, please contact the Development Office for further details.

As a result of a gift, we are delighted to be able to offer for sale to alumni and friends wines made by one of our members, Graham Shore (PPE, 1974-1977).

Graham owns Domaine Vintur, a small vineyard in the Rhône Valley, Appellation Ventoux, which makes award-winning red and white wines. Some years ago he ran an event for the College in which alumni and friends helped choose the blend for the 2013 red vintage. He has now offered the College the opportunity to sell some of this wine to our network with the profits going to our Development Fund.

This red wine is a blend of Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre. and Carignan from old vines and has matured in bottle to be perfect for drinking over the next year or so. It has a touch of oak and the fruit is rich and aromatic. It comes in a bottle with a special St Peter’s College label. There is also a 2017 organic white available in a St Peter’s College label, sales of this will also benefit the College. The white is a medium bodied dry aromatic wine, made predominantly from Grenache blanc and Roussanne. Domaine Vintur has won many awards for its whites which get very positive feedback.

More details of these wines are available on www.vintur.fr/spc you can buy directly from this website for home delivery in Great Britain for a minimum of 6 bottles.

The red wine is £11/bottle and the white wine is £11.50/bottle with £4.99 for delivery of 6 or more, free delivery for 12 or more.

Cross Keys is our annual alumni magazine sent to all alumni. If you have an idea, or would like to contribute to the next edition, please contact the editor, Kathryn Worthington.
