About
Hannah Hempstead is the Head of Communications at St Peter's College. She is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the College's wide range of internal and external communications needs and works in collaboration with the Master, College Officers and Fellows, College's administrative departments and student representatives from the MCR and JCR.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic communications oversight
- Digital communications, including website, social media and video
- Print communications, including serving as editor of Cross Keys, the alumni magazine
- Supporting alumni and donor communications in collaboration with the Development and Alumni Relations Team, including preparing the termly alumni newsletter
- Internal communications, including the bi-weekly staff newsletter
- Public event planning and support
- Media relations
- College branding.
Hannah has master's degrees in the history of art and historical theology, both of which she pursued whilst working in higher education roles in the United States.

Hannah is the first point of contact for all media enquiries, filming requests, site photography and College branding.
