Domestic Bursar

The Domestic Bursar post is a newly created, key senior position in College and the appointed person will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the College. Working with their direct reports, the Domestic Bursar will oversee and be responsible for the management, efficient running and regulatory compliance of the living and working environment of students, the working environment of academics and staff, the College’s guest and conference operations and all other matters related to the College’s domestic services.

The post requires excellent strategic planning and implementation skills, commercial acumen as well as an open, collaborative approach working with and leading a team. Previous managerial and operational experience at senior level is essential alongside proven financial and people management.

Appointment will be made on Grade 10 of the University’s salary scale for academic-related staff according to experience, currently £55,750 - £64,605 per annum.
