Congratulations to St Peter’s student Oliver Friend-Smith (BCL, 2023), who has been awarded the Law Faculty Prize in Human Rights at Work. This prize is awarded to the student who, in the opinion of the examiners, submitted the best paper on the subject.

Oliver said,

‘Having studied Law at undergraduate level, I wanted to challenge myself further by reading for the Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL). St Peter's College was the perfect home for my studies: welcoming, friendly, and intellectually stimulating. My next challenge is to start my year as a pupil barrister at 11 King's Bench Walk in September 2025. I am hoping to specialise in employment law and public law.’
