I am a Departmental Lecturer teaching Intellectual Property (IP) Law at the Faculty of Law. Before joining Oxford, I taught IP law at Warwick and Durham. Additionally, I was also a seminar tutor of EU law at Warwick.
My research expertise includes pharmaceutical patents, TRIPS flexibilities, compulsory licensing, and access to medicines. I am highly interested in public policy on IP in developing countries. I am the author of the book Compulsory Patent Licensing and Access to Medicines: A Silver Bullet Approach to Public Health? published by Palgrave in 2021.
