Libby Lane awarded Honorary Fellowship

The Rt Revd Libby Lane, first female Bishop of the Church of England, has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship at St Peter's. Bishop Libby visited the College on 4 June to receive her Fellowship and to attend Choral Evensong, during which she was interviewed by Mark Damazer on her role as bishop and her time at St Peter's.

Libby Lane studied Theology at St Peter's, matriculating in 1986, when she was Libby Holden. She met her husband George, a fellow Theology student, at St Peter's. Libby was taught by Billy Watson, the then Tutor for Theology and Chaplain, who is still active around the College today.
