Access and Outreach Engineering Residential
This residential programme is an Access and Outreach initiative.
Invitation to apply
Applications are open for the St Peter’s Engineering Subject Residential. The residential will provide students with an insight into the Engineering course at Oxford through tutorials, lectures, and academic sessions offered by the Engineering Department. Students will also enjoy time to study and explore Oxford, and will be provided with expert guidance on the admissions process.
- Applicant criteria:
- Be in Year 12
- Have GCSE A* or 8/9 in Mathematics and Physics/Dual/Tripple Science
- Study an appropriate combination of A level subjects for entry to the Engineering Science degree at Oxford, for example Maths, Further Maths, and Physics
- Be predicted to meet or exceed the standard offer for entry to the Engineering Science degree at Oxford (A*A*A).
Priority applicants
Please note that as this is an outreach residential we will be prioritising students from underrepresented backgrounds, applicants from state schools, and those applying from our link regions.
Overnight accommodation and catering will be provided free of charge to successful applicants. Travel bursaries are available for students and arrangements will be made with individual attendees before the residential.
