In September 2011 we began our 50th Anniversary Celebrations. In 1961 St Peter’s College, previously known as St Peter’s Hall since it was founded in 1928, gained full Collegiate status ensuring that St Peter’s had all the rights of other Oxford Colleges.
Our 50th campaign logo, generously designed for us by Wally Olins (1951) captures the essence of what makes St Peter’s great: a shared belief in creativity and excellence in everything. Our celebrations will continue until September 2012 through a series of events including musical performances, lectures and seminars.
We aim to use the celebrations to support students in their efforts to chose the right career path by introducing an alumni mentoring service for the first time at St Peter’s and advice on career choices.
It is the wish of the Master along with the development team, to ensure that you have the chance to know what is going on at St Peter’s and that you feel welcome whenever you come back.
