19 December - All decision letters were sent by post on Friday 16th December 2011.

18 Nov - Information about the Music Practical Tests can be found here.

14 Nov - The College is now in the process of reviewing all applications. We will notify you on whether (or not) you have been shortlisted for interview at Oxford at least a week before the interviews.

26 Oct - The Interview Timetable can be found at the following website

25 October - Tests

Law:
It is now too late for Oxford applicants to sit the LNAT. Scores from tests taken after the test deadline of 20 October will not be considered unless the candidate has been given an extension by the college or the Law Faculty. (In these cases, the Law Faculty will make a note on ADSS, so that colleges are aware of them.) Candidates who have not taken the test in time are asked to contact their college to explain the situation.

BMAT:
The registration deadline was 14 October. No late registrations can be made. Candidates who have not registered will not be shortlisted.

Other Cambridge Assessment tests (ELAT, HAT, PAT, TSA):

For candidates who have not yet registered, you only option now to take the test is to come to Oxford to take it here at our open centre. You need to register for this: candidates are asked to email Cambridge Assessment with details, no later than Wednesday 26 October 2011 at 5pm.

Tests administered by Oxford ( Classics, Maths, Modern Languages):

Candidates who have applied through a UCAS-registered school or college have been registered automatically to take these tests. Papers will be dispatched by courier, addressed to the Exams Officer, to arrive on Monday, 31 October.

Candidates who can’t take the test at their school or college for any reason, or who have already left school or college, will need to find an alternative test venue. We ask them to complete a Test Centre Declaration Form at www.admissions.ox.ac.uk/forms to let us know where they will take the tests.

20 Oct - We have now received all applications from candidates who applied to St Peter's, and from those who made Open Applications who have been allocated to us (with the exception of applicants for Medicine or Physiological Sciences, who are administered centrally).

Acknowledgements for applications will be sent by email later today or tomorrow.

Students from the UK or Europe who are invited to interview are expected to attend in Oxford.

Students from the rest of the world who are shortlisted for interview are invited to attend in Oxford, but if they are unable to do so we will consider their application in other ways, which may include interview by telephone, Skype, or videoconference. If you are resident outside Europe please email to confirm whether or not you are able to attend interview in Oxford if asked. Please do this even if you have already emailed us about this, so we can ensure we have an accurate record.

All correspondence you receive from us will be by email, with the exception of the final decision letters which will be sent by post. Our systems do not have a live link to UCAS, so it is essential that if your postal or email addresses change at any point you let us know directly (by email), as well as updating the UCAS site - otherwise we will send correspondence to the addresses supplied on your original application.

20 October - The college would like to wish all prospective student taking the aptitude test in the next couple of days the best of luck!

20 October - There are a few courses which require written work to be submitted by the 10th November. To find out if the course you are applying to requires written work please go to the following website.

Please ensure that you submit your written work, along with cover sheets (found on the website above) to:

Admissions Office,
St Peter's College,

Please ensure that you post your written work to the college with plenty of time to spare and make sure that you use enough postage (one postage stamp is unlikely to be enough!).
