Undergraduate Freshers (not Visiting Students)

Update 18 August 2016: If you have met the conditions of an offer to study at St Peter's starting in October 2016 you will receive a confirmation letter by post shortly. Please make sure you check through the items below, and return the various forms by the stated deadlines.

  • Reading Lists - download the list for your own subject
  • JCR Freshers Guide - sent in hard copy by post with confirmation letter
  • Letter from Academic Office - also sent in hard copy by post with confirmation letter
  • Accommodation, Meals and Term Dates
  • Registration at the University of Oxford
  • Freshers Week Programme (copies available at the Porters Lodge on arrival) - this shows both College events and University library induction sessions
  • For students requiring a visa: a CAS Number will be issued automatically to all International Students by the University once your place has been confirmed by e-mail. Once you have received your CAS number you will be able to apply for your visa. For more information about visas please click here

Please note that the Student Record Form and University Card Form require a passport sized photograph to be included

  • Student Record Form - sent by post with confirmation letter
  • College Contract - sent by post with confirmation letter
  • University Card Form - sent by post with confirmation letter. Failure to return this form by 14 September may delay the production of both your University card and access to e-mail and internet at the college and University
