Dr Dan Bebber

The journal Nature reports that field work for a global forest research programme lead by Dr Dan Bebber has been completed. The programme was unique in the involvement of 'citizen scientists' as research assistants, managed by the environmental organization Earthwatch and funded by HSBC bank. Dr Bebber and colleagues are now analysing the data and will present the findings at next year's British Ecological Society annual meeting.
