Charles Ind (Chair)

Charles Ind

Charles Ind is the founder and managing partner of Bowmark Capital LLP, a private equity investment firm which manages funds totalling £850 million on behalf of a blue chip investor base including public pension funds, insurance companies and financial institutions from the UK, US and Continental Europe.

He graduated from St Peter’s in 1985, where he read English, and also has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steve Diggle

Steve Diggle

Steve Diggle graduated from St Peter’s in 1985 with a degree in PPE. In 2001 he co-founded and went on to manage Artradis, a hedge fund group significantly focused on arbitrage and volatility trading in Asia. The group ultimately enjoyed great success and grew its AUM to nearly $5bn in 2008.

In 2011 he launched Vulpes Investment Management, a new organisation created out of the Artradis structure.

Jacqueline King

After reading Modern History at St Peter’s, Jackie pursued a career in brand management, working at Chanel, L'Oreal and Estee Lauder Companies. Having spent two decades in the Cosmetics and Fragrance industry, she transitioned into Luxury Goods, and is currently the Marketing Director of Sotheby's Europe.

Jocelin Harris

Jocelin Harris graduated with a law degree from St Peter's and qualified as a solicitor in 1970. He joined private bank Rea Brothers where he was a director from 1979 to 1986. He was first involved in starting a business Jocelin Harrisin 1974 since when he has invested in over 35 private companies.

He was until August 2012 vice chairman of the governing body of Queen Mary University of London and is a liveryman of the Drapers Company. He is chairman of Foresight 2 VCT plc and Keycom plc, senior independent director of Unicorn AIM VCT plc and director of a number of private companies in the UK and the USA.

Rodney WhiteRodney White

Rodney White graduated from St Peter’s with a degree in Geography in 1964.

After a number of years involved in market research, marketing and sales, in 1973 he and a colleague formed Cordek Ltd.  The company has been and continues to be very successful in developing and manufacturing a range of specialist products for the construction industry.  Rodney remains a major shareholder and is now Chairman.

Charles WilkinsonCharles Wilkinson

Charles Wilkinson is Managing Director and Head of UK Corporate Broking at Deutsche Bank. He advises companies on a range of strategic and corporate initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, equity fund raisings and flotations. He is also a Member of the Takeover Panel. He graduated from St Peter's in 1985 where he read PPE.

Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts, CBE (Honorary President)

Robin Hodgson

Lord Hodgson read History at St Peter’s from 1961 to 1964 and took an MBA degree at the Wharton School of Finance in Philadelphia. After five years in the USA, he returned to the UK where with colleagues he established Granville and Co., one of the first investment boutiques focusing on the needs of smaller and medium-sized companies. Following the sale to a US investment bank he has taken up a number of non-executive positions.

He was a Member of Parliament for Walsall North from 1976 to 1979 following which he worked for the Conservative Party in a voluntary capacity, becoming Deputy Chairman of the Party from 1995 to 2000. He was appointed to the House of Lords in 2000. In 2011 he was appointed the Official Reviewer of the Charities Act 2006.

Lord Hodgson founded The St Peter’s College Foundation and was Chair until July 2014 when he retired as a trustee, having served his term of office, and became Honorary President.
