Dr Michael Bonsall, BSc PhD Lond, MA Oxf, is a Royal Society University Research Fellow and University Lecturer in Mathematical Biology (Zoology). He specialises in ecology and evolutionary biology. Before moving to Oxford, he completed his PhD and held a research fellowship within the Department of Biological Sciences at Imperial College London.
His work involves the application of mathematical methods to population biology and his research and teaching covers the areas of population dynamics, community ecology and evolutionary ecology.
